Pinnacle Performance has provided me a way to gain strength, get faster, improve my ability to react and stay healthy. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about his program and has brought out the best of my ability.

I can say that the training protocols with Pinnacle Performance are second to none. From the dynamic warm-up and pre-throw workout to the extended band workout, this training provides everything that would be considered important to developing a baseball player whose arm is healthy, alive, free and loose. As part of our daily routine, all players in our baseball program use the tools Kyle taught us in his pre-season conditioning camp to prepare and maintain their bodies throughout the baseball season. I recommend Kyle to any and all coaches and players that are serious about taking their game to the next level.

I began training with Kyle before the 2011 season.  I was amazed on how detailed and specific each exercise was in preparing me for the next season.  I went spring training in the best shape of my life and proceeded to have a successful, healthy season.
