Athlete P.A.S.S. (Power, Agility, Strength, Speed)

For high school, collegiate student-athletes and professional players

All athletes will undergo our complete athletic blueprint profiling process.  This includes:

  • Biometrics
  • Functional Movement Screening
  • Strength Assessment
  • Short and Long-term Goal Setting
  • School Performance

It is only after we have built the Athlete Blueprint, that we can continue to design a program targeting the needs and goals of that individual.  Though many programs may be similar, each individual will have their own workout agendas to be completed.  Based on continuous re-assessment, programs will be modified to ensure the athlete is doing what they need when they need it.

Programs are built based on the time availability of each client.  Every student-athlete has different commitments that may vary week-to-week or month-to-month.  Some weeks the athlete may be able to come 4 days and others only 1-2.  All athletes are given the opportunity to workout Monday –  Friday and on weekends when events are not scheduled.

Members will also get discounts on all personal training sessions, supplements, and products.
