Small group classes focused on development of essential movement patterns to produce optimal strength and speed gains while correcting muscle imbalances and reducing the risk of injury. This program builds a foundation for future success by adhering to the long-term athletic development model. Intended for young athletes ages 8-12, this class is fun and challenging; athletes will be instructed on speed/agility mechanics, basic weight lifting technique, condition, play games, and work their abs off.
